Instead of spending a lot on hardware, we run our company in the cloud. It allows us to have a reliable, secure infrastructure without the expensive overhead. It also allows us to maintain our products remotely without interfering with our customers' operations.
Although based in New York City, we have a global team available to help 24/7. That means you get a quicker turnaround time on projects and someone willing to take a call whenever you have a question.
We believe in open source software which espouses the idea that great software should be free and robust. Using open source saves time and money, and we pass that onto our customers.
